Mr. Muzammil Hussain Merchant has been associated with Summit Capital (Pvt.) Ltd since 2003. He is currently the Chief Executive Officer of the Company. Prior to it, he was the Chief Financial Officer & Company Secretary of the Company. He has also headed the Risk Management & Compliance Department. An MBA degree holder with major in Banking & Finance, Mr. Muzammil has over 25 years of experience in equity investments, operations and finance. He has an in-depth knowledge of his field and is familiar with operations of the Stock and Commodities exchanges in the country, CDC and NCCPL. He introduced Risk Management Manual & Procedures related to Equity brokerage and successfully launched the online trading system, Mobile Trading, Shariah and RDA in the Company.
