Summit Capital (Pvt.) Limited incorporated in 2006 with the paid-up Capital of PKR 300mn to accommodate the merger of Atlas Investment Bank Limited with Atlas Bank Limited. The Company at the time of inception acquired certain service led operations which have been functioning as a part of Atlas Investment Bank Limited as it's wholly owned subsidiary. Subsequent to the merger of Atlas Bank Limited and Atlas Investment Bank Limited, this company became a wholly owned subsidiary of Atlas Bank Limited.
On January 01, 2011, Atlas Bank Ltd officially merged with Summit Bank Ltd. (Formerly Arif Habib Bank Ltd.) and formed a new entity which is operating under the brand name of Summit Bank. Summit Bank is one of the fastest growing Commercial Banks in the country enjoying strong backing of Suroor Group Investments. The Bank has a network of 80 Branches/Sub Branches. The branch network covers Sindh, Punjab, Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa, Balochistan and Azad Jammu & Kashmir.
