Mr. Muhammad Monis Farid

Mr. Muhammad Monis Farid has been associated with Summit Capital (Private) Limited since 1992 and currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer. He holds an MBA in Finance and, with over 33 years of experience in equity and commodities (PMEX) operations, risk management, and compliance, he possesses a deep understanding of Pakistan’s capital markets and their operational frameworks.

Throughout his tenure at Summit Capital, Mr. Farid has held several key positions, including Head of Operations, Vice President, and Senior Manager – Operations. He has played a pivotal role in formulating and implementing various operational procedures and has been actively involved in the introduction and execution of several innovative products, such as Online Trading, Mobile Trading, the Shariah-Compliant Trading Module, Roshan Digital Account (RDA), and the Raast payment platform.

Mr. Monis Farid possesses extensive expertise in the operations of the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), Pakistan Mercantile Exchange (PMEX), Central Depository Company (CDC), and the National Clearing Company of Pakistan Limited (NCCPL).

Ms. Nadira Irfan

Ms. Nadira Irfan has been associated with Summit Capital (Private) Limited since January 2007 and currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) & Company Secretary. An MBA with a specialization in Finance, she brings over 20 years of experience in finance, human resource management, regulatory compliance and corporate governance.

During her tenure at Summit Capital, Ms. Irfan has held key managerial roles including Manager Finance and Manager Human Resource Management, where she played a vital role in strengthening the Company’s internal financial controls, HR policies, and reporting framework.

Her expertise spans finance, accounting, fund management and statutory compliance within the regulatory frameworks of the Securities & Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP), Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), and other governing bodies.

Ms. Irfan continues to play a pivotal role in ensuring the Company’s financial integrity, operational efficiency, and adherence to regulatory standards, contributing to Summit Capital’s sustained growth and stability.

Mr. Hashim Khan Bhutta

Mr. Hashim Khan Bhutta has been associated with Summit Capital (Private) Limited since 2003 and currently serves as the Head of Equity Retail Sales. An MBA degree holder, he brings over 22 years of experience in retail equity brokerage, client relationship management, business development and equity operations.

In his current role, Mr. Hashim oversees the Company’s retail equity sales operations and branch network, including the Lahore branches, where he plays a key role in expanding Summit Capital’s client base and service outreach.

With his deep understanding of market dynamics and client servicing, he has been instrumental in strengthening Summit Capital’s retail presence and ensuring quality execution and advisory support to individual investors.

Mr. Fahad Sadiq

Mr. Fahad Sadiq joined the Company in 2005 as a Money Market Dealer and was promoted to Head of Money Markets in April 2022. With 24 years of experience in financial and consumer markets, he brings strong expertise in treasury and money market operations.

Mr. Muhammad Yousuf Bagasra

Mr. Muhammad Yousuf Bagasra joined Summit Capital in April 2025 as Head of Equity Institutional Sales. With over 20 years of industry experience, he has previously worked with BMA Capital Limited and brings extensive institutional sales and client relationship expertise.

Mr. Haroon Masih

Mr. Haroon Masih serves as the Head of Business Development at Summit Capital. With more than 18 years of experience in the financial markets, he specializes in client engagement, growth strategies, and expanding business opportunities.

Mr. Saeed Ahmed

Mr. Saeed Ahmed has been associated with the Company since 2011 and is currently the Head of IT. With over 13 years of experience, he has been instrumental in managing and enhancing the Company’s technology infrastructure and digital platforms.

Ms. Seema

Ms. Seema has been associated with Summit Capital (Private) Limited since August 2024 and currently serves as the Compliance and Risk Management Officer. She holds a Master’s degree with a specialization in Regulatory Compliance and brings over 15 years of experience in financial sector regulatory compliance and corporate governance.

Prior to joining Summit Capital (Private) Limited, she worked for EFG Hermes Pakistan Limited and BIPL Securities Limited as an Assistant Manager in the Compliance Department, where she performed various roles related to statutory and corporate compliance, including audit, reporting, and conducting meetings.

Her expertise spans compliance management and statutory compliance within the regulatory frameworks of the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP), Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), and other governing bodies.

Ms. Seema continues to play a significant role in ensuring the Company’s compliance integrity, operational efficiency, and adherence to regulatory standards, contributing to Summit Capital’s sustained growth and stability.
